Efforts are still Been put in the Cause.
The Australian government is ready to put an end to malaria. By giving 16.3million dollars as fund to fight malaria in Asia and the Pacific. This fund will be used to decrease the number of deaths cause by malaria and also to fight against counterfeited anti malaria drugs as says the article from google alerts
"Increased population movements and rampant availability of low quality and counterfeit antimalarial medicines exacerbate the region's vulnerability to malaria, which remains a major cause of death and illness in Asia and the Pacific, with an estimated 36 million cases and around 49,000 deaths annually."
Malaria is not only in Africa, it is also found in some corners of the world but today I stand for Africa because just as kids are dying in asia and the pacific, kids are also dying in Africa and we can no longer stand and see this happen. We have to do something.Right now as I am talking , a Kid just died because of malaria. You who is reading this blog  right now can do something for it.   Efforts to combat malaria still going on but I fear this efforts are not enough.Mrs Bruce joined other members of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Malaria and Neglected Tropical Diseases at a recent meeting in Westminster. They were discussing on ways which they can completely eradicated malaria.

Mrs Bruce said: “Key to progress in tackling these diseases is good co-operation between UK and other International Aid Agencies, the government health services in the affected countries, the private sector, research institutes and donors.
Thanks to people like Mrs Bruce, kids and parents
in Africa and other affected places in the world would have smiles on their face. They will know that there is a bright future awaiting for them.

Happiness is all they need and nothing more.
